BESA selected b2b to join its team and provide a commercial develop and sales function for the Association. With a focus on new income generation from projects, events, research and other industry programmes, b2b are mapping opportunities for BESA which support the Associations industry objectives, mission and business agenda.
Leaders Plus
A social enterprise focused on supporting talented professionals with families to progress in thier leadership careers, Leaders Plus chose b2b to identify projects and shape research and thought leadership opportunities that attract corporate investment. The relationships that b2b deliver for Leaders Plus not only generate income, they move the dial with employers, government and civil society to enable equal career progression.
European Association for People Management
EAPM are commencing the introduction of a new partnership strategy. The team at b2b are working with the Association to set a robust approach and have begun building partnerships that fulfil EAPM's mission and support its far reaching membership.
Birmingham County FA
Birmingham County Football Association selected b2b to plan and re-launch Save Today Play Tomorrow - the UK's pioneering sustainability programme for sports clubs. We developed and continue to manage the campaign microsite and tailor content, training and solutions to help sports clubs' generate new income and boost their financial stability.
Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
Now in our 15th year working with CIPD, b2b are responsible for scoping and developing partnerships for CIPD across their world leading research, policy and content programmes.
Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors
We are Chartered IIA's commercial team, developing and securing commercial partnerships, sponsorships, strategic alliances, cash equivalent arrangements, exhibitions, commercial partnerships, managing and commercialising careers area and their jobs board.
The Climate Group
We've worked with Climate Group on three projects over the last four years. The review of their business action programmes RE100, EV100, EP100 and systems areas, defined the mechanics of membership and scoped what good peer to peer membership engagement looks like.
Royal Meteorological Society
Commencing with sponsorship training, into a consultancy project where we mapped new opportunities for income generation. We soon moved into our 360o service of development, sale and delivery of partnerships, sponsorships and alliances. We went on to manage the RMetS Weather Photographer of the Year Programme and its partnership with Standard Chartered Bank and more recently worked with the Society to define its new Membership Value Proposition.
National Autistic Society
We've worked on two projects for NAS over the last year. The first was to review and relaunch NAS's Autism Friendly Award aimed at retailers. The second is the review and changes to NAS's world class Autism Diagnosis Assessment service operating model.
Chartered Institute of Building
We worked with CIOB on three consulting projects. Project prioritisation, communication of priority projects and more recently supported the project management of CIOB corporate membership change management programme .
Carbon Trust
We worked with the Carbon Trust across their public sector and small business programmes. We identified new opportunities for income generation, scoped projects and developed partnerships including public sector conferences and exhibition, funding of new sme, schools and public sector network initiatives.
National Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Children.
We've worked with the NSPCC on a range of projects for the last 5 years. From the digitisation of NSPCC Learning, to market development of It's Your Call, two international new market opportunity projects and organisational change programme.
Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management
We worked with IWFM to help them generate new revenues to be reinvested in the organisation, establish partnerships beyond their usual scope, enhance valuable content for members and streamline partnership delivery. Our approach involved transforming IWFM's content model and scoping relevant programmes, securing new revenues and collaborating. We continue to work with internal teams to ensure effective partnership delivery.
Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals
We worked with CIPP to demonstrate how it can better harness partnerships to support its immediate and longer-term financial sustainability. b2b also identified, scoped and valued new opportunities for growth and alternative income generation to help the Institute deliver on its objectives.
Association of Accounting Technicians
b2b worked with AAT on a number of projects. Starting with international market scoping and then on to the conceptualisation and initial product development of of AAT Informi, AAT's small business resource hub. Then onto the development of commercial partnerships against selected AAT activity and content areas.
British Chamber of Commerce
b2b worked as an extension to the British Chambers of Commerce existing partnership team, to identify new opportunities for impact and new income from content, research specifically. We, established relationships with household names and secured income. Our work strengthened BCC's research and policy partnerships and data value.
The Recruitment and Employment Confederation
b2b worked with REC to recognise REC's broader commercial potential beyond traditional sponsorships to create a partnership model that maximised value for the organisation. By re-packaging partnerships based on themes, content, sectors, and audiences, b2b ensured that REC's partnerships were mutually beneficial without limiting future development.
Ground Management Association
b2b reviewed the GMA’s current membership model to help GMA to boost UX and automation and aid with processes such as sign up, delivery and renewals that would help increase membership revenues. We also identified a range of new income generating opportunities for the Association and reviewed and recommended new approach to sponsorships at SALTEX, their flagship trade show.
The What Works Centre for Wellbeing
b2b worked with the UK's prolific ‘nudge’ unit to identify and implement new opportunities for growth, impact and income generation. With a focus on workplace wellbeing and loneliness campaigns, b2b worked with the Centre to define opportunities, create new propositions to diversify income to be reinvested back into the centre to deliver on the Centre's mission.
Pensions Management Institute
b2b set up PMI's sponsorship and partnerships programme from scratch at a time when PMI had very little income from non-membership sources. Our focus was on the development of high-level, long-term, multi year commercial partnerships and sponsorships that delivered income, resources, data and raise profile of the PMI. The framework we implemented and many of the partnerships we developed 15 years ago continue today.
Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply
CIPS employed b2b to plan and implement its new content partnership strategy. This included identifying planned or existing programmes of CIPS activity that would be right fit for third party commercial partnership. In under 2 years b2b developed just shy of £1m income for CIPS across 7 partnerships, including the development of a partnership with Hays on CIPS Procurement Salary Guide which is in its 9th year and continues to deliver value, impact and generate income for the institute today.
ACCA
b2b worked with ACCA to scope their sponsorship potential. This involved refining sponsorship opportunities, defining associated benefits, revising pricing, and preparing new sales proposals. We also developed a comprehensive plan for sponsorship development and sales, while providing knowledge sharing and training support to ACCA regional teams.
Accounts Payable Association
We worked with APA on a fixed project to support the business development pipeline of new corporate members and training customers.
Under 2 Coalition
We reviewed the Under2 Coalition’s global states and regions membership proposition and benefits structure. This included the perceived value, level and quality of member engagement, service delivery to make recommendations on membership structure, membership offer, membership value, opportunities for growth and options for new ways of working.
Institute of Leadership & Management
b2b assisted in the go-to-market strategy and sales operations for the Institute's new services, including their learning products. Collaborating with the Institute, we planned and supported the development of strategic relationships that enabled the institute to; access new markets, generate income, create value, and align with their strategy and objectives.
Climate Action For Associations
b2b founded Climate Action for Associations (CAFA), as we recognised the opportunity for the membership sector to lead industry, systems and professional climate action. CAFA is a non-profit organization, that provides the information, guidance, and solutions that membership associations need to take proactive climate leadership and accelerate to net zero.
