Commercial Development for BIFM
We are delighted to be working with the British Institute of Facilities Management to support them on the development of their commercial strategy. BIFM asked us to help them look beyond their current sources of income and help them identify areas of their business and ways in which they could generate new revenues that they can reinvest back into the organisation to grow and further deliver on their vision.
As a body representing an extremely valuable industry and with members operating in a very competitive environment, b2b are focusing on how BIFM can better leverage its existing assets and activities to generate new revenues as opposed to creating a range of new programmes. We are working to identify specific areas for growth, scoping out the elements and operational deliverables of each area, including delivery, valuation of opportunity, risks and opportunities to the organisation, structure, resource and dependencies as well as mapping areas that require a degree of change.
Working closely with BIFM we will deliver a practical set of recommendations with a realistic set of commercial operational actions that the institute can take forward immediately, as well as a range of longer term strategic aspirations for growth and income generation.
BIFM’s vision is one of growth and sustainability and we are excited to be helping BIFM and the industry it represents on its journey.
