We are absolutely thrilled to have our work recognised alongside the amazing team at CIPS. Our submission was focused around how the development of new strategic international membership recruitment, retention and member engagement tool and guide positioned CIPS and the value of the profession to the sec tor and wider business globally.
The response has gone on to break CIPS research records in terms of response level and has a huge impact for the membership cementing CIPS position in industry and with members.The partnership we developed between CIPS and Hays has enabled the team at CIPS to deliver this programme, draw on the strength and insight of one of the leading recruiters in the world and to continue to evolve this high-profile work year on year.
