Absence Management Survey 2015

Now in its 6th year partnership between CIPD and Simplyhealth on the UK’s most respected Absence Management Survey is stronger than ever.

The survey explores absence management trends, policy and practice in the UK. This year highlights that 31% of employers have seen an increase in so-called ‘presenteeism’ especially in organisations where working long hours is the cultural norm and where operational demands take precedence over employee well-being.

Simplyhealth view their partnership with the CIPD as an invaluable opportunity to engage with HR professionals to understand views and practices and status of health and wellbeing within their organisations. The partnership between Simplyhealth & CIPD has gone from strength to strength with each year’s survey, creating opportunity and insight for both organisations to engage with their customers and target audiences.
