COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIP STRATEGY

The British Chambers of Commerce

SETTING THE SCENE

b2b were appointed by the British Chambers of Commerce to work internally to help develop and deliver their new commercial partnership strategy. The British Chambers of Commerce were looking to widen their existing partner network and bring new and innovative companies on board across their various partnership opportunities.

SCOPE OF WORK

The British Chambers of Commerce selected b2b based on our experience of working with other large independent bodies and our extensive corporate network. b2b were tasked to:

  • Identify opportunities for growth and income generation

  • Develop sales proposals for each opportunity

  • Identify right-fit sectors and prospective companies for each activity

  • Build sponsorships and commercial arrangements

  • Support on partnership delivery and account management

WHAT WE DELIVERED

The b2b team worked internally as an in-house function for the British Chambers of Commerce, working closely with key stakeholders across the business.  b2b scoped new partnership opportunities, developed new relationships with brands and secured new sponsors.

We helped The British Chambers of Commerce to maximise opportunities and build partnerships with a particular focus on their independent and highly respected, research, policy and thought leadership programmes.

b2b worked with the tight knit team to develop propositions and partnerships that enabled the British Chambers of Commerce to grow, raise profile, increase impact, generate revenue and enable change – the outcomes directly linking to the BCC’s strategic priorities.

b2b are still working on a project-by-project basis with the team at BCC across key projects.
